_🌸((Naadaar Behen Bhaiyon Ko Zakaat Dena))_
*♦Sawaal :* Mere waalid sahab arsa dedh saal sey faut ho chuke hen, aur me ghar men bada hun, aur shaadi shuda hun. Filhaal saare ghar ki kifaalat bhi khud kar raha hun, ghar key afraad kuch yun hen : Ek waalida, ek hamsheera, aur teen chote bhai, jin mei ek barsar-e-rozgaar hai, aur do abhi padh rahe hen. Mere zimme zakaat bhi waajib hai, kiya me wo zakaat apne bhaiyon ko de sakta hun aur hamsheera saahiba ko? Kyunke unka koi zariya-e-ma'aash nahi hai. Raha masla waalida saheba waala to wo mera farz hai, aur sab zimmey daari mei qubool karunga.
*♦Question :* My father passed away since 1.5 years. I am the oldest child and married. For now I am the one who's running the house whilst rest of the members are: A mother, a sister and three younger brothers among whom one is employed somewhere and the other two are still studying. I am also mandated to offer zakah so can I give that amount of zakah to my brothers and sister as they don't have any means of livelihood? To look after my mother, on the other hand, is mandatory on me and the responsibility of which I accept wholeheartedly.
*🅰جواب :* زکوٰة بہن بھائیوں کو دینا جائز ہے۔
*🅰Jawaab :* Zakaat behen bhaiyon ko dena jaaiz hai.
*🅰Answer :* Offering zakaah to brothers and sisters is permissible.
_🌸((Chacha Ko Zakaat))_
*♦Sawaal :* Hamaare waalid sahab ka inteqaal hogaya hai, aur ham 7 bhai behnen hen, waalida hai, Allah Ta'ala ke fazl se zakaat ham par farz hai, aur ham zakaat nikaalna chaahte hen. Kya zakaat ki kuch raqam apne chacha ko de dein, chacha ki maali haalaat sahi nahi hen, ham zakaat chacha ko de sakte hen ya nahi?? Aur ham ye bhi chaahte hen ke zakaat ka chacha ko ilm bhi na ho.
*♦Question :* Our father has passed away and we are seven brothers and sisters. Our mother is also alive. By the Grace of Allah, we are mandated to offer zakaah and we wish to offer zakaah. Can we offer zakaah to our uncle as he's financially not stable? And we also want our uncle to remain unaware about the money being zakaah.
*🅰جواب :* چچا کو زکوٰة دینا جائز ہے، اور جس کو زکوٰة دی جائے اس کو یہ بتانا ضروری نہیں کہ یہ زکوٰة کی رقم ہے، صرف زکوٰة کی نیت کرلینا کافی ہے۔
*🅰Jawaab :* Chacha ko zakaat dena jaaiz hai, aur jisko zakaat di jaaye usko ye bataana zaruri nahi ke ye zakaat ki raqam hai, sirf zakaat ki niyat kar lena kaafi hai.
*🅰Answer :* Giving zakaah to uncle is permissible. And it is not necessary to inform the person to whom zakaah is being given that it's the amount of zakaah. Making niyyah of zakaah is enough.
_🌸((Bhateeje Ya Bete Ko Zakaat Dena))_
*♦Sawaal :* Mere paas meri yateem bhateeji rehti hai, kya mei zakaat ki raqam us par kharch kar sakti hun? Dusra sawaal ye ke mei apne bete ko bhi zakaat de sakti hu? Wo ma'mooli mulaazim hai.
*♦Question :* My niece who is an orphan stays with me, so can I spend the amount of zakaah on her? My second question is, can I give zakaah money to my son as he is a low-wage worker?
*🅰جواب :* بیٹا بیٹی، پوتا پوتی، اور نواسی نواسے کو زکوٰة دینا جائز نہیں، بھتیجا بھتیجی کو دینا دُرست ہے۔
*🅰Jawaab :* Beta, beti, pota, poti, aur nawaasi, nawaase ko zakaat dena jaaiz nahi. Bhateeja bhateeji ko dena durust hai.
*🅰Answer :* Giving zakaah to son, daughter, grandsons and granddaughters is not permissible. Although, it is permissible to give it to niece and nephew.
