Holy ki mubarak baadi dena jaiz nahin to me Hindu bhaiyon ki company me job karta hun to unko kaise wish karun? 

Unko mubarak baadi na de to unko bura lagta hai, mufti sahab koi jaiz surat ho to rahnumayi farmane ki darkhwast hai.

Mubarak baadi dena na jaiz hone ki do wajah hain ek unke tyohar (festival) ki ta'azim aur dusre unse mushabahat.

Lihaza dil me inki is rasm ko bura samjhte huve aise jumle se unko mubarak baadi dee jaaye Jis se na unke tyohar ki azmat ho na unke jumlon aur rasm se mushabahat, 

To gunjaish ma'alum hoti hai masalan yeh jumla kahaa jaye ke holy ke Is mawqea par aap ko har kaam me sahih raasta mile, Dil me sahih raaste se unki hidayat muraad lee jaye. 

Ya holi ka din aap ke dono jahaan ki kaamiyabi ka zariyah bane.

Holy ke mavqea par ishwar aap ke bhawishya (future)  ko roshan (prakashit) kare. English me yeh keh de 

May your path be enlightened wagairah dua ke jumle keh diye jaye.

Behtar yahi hai Ke khamoshi barti jaye aur unko bura lagne ki fikr na ki jaye jab ham shariat par amal karenge to Allah ta'ala unko raazi kar denge agarche waqti taur par woh naaraz ho jayen.

*Ruling regarding greeting Festival*:

What is the ruling regarding Holi greeting? I work in a company with Hindu colleagues. If I don't wish them, they feel bad. What can I do in this situation? 

🔵Answer🔵

There are two reasons why wishing Holi is prohibited. First it shows respect to the festival and second their imitation. 

However, it is possible to wish them while knowing in your heart that it is wrong by saying wordings such as 'May this Holi bring success to you in everything you endeavour' wishing for them to be guided on the right path in your heart. Greeting 'May this new year be a reason for your success in here and hereafter' or 'May God bless you and grant you a successful future' etc. Also, you can wish them in English 'May your path be enlightened' etc.

It is best to not wish and avoid greeting and not to consider their feelings because if we follow the path of shariah, Allah swt will make sure they don't have any bad feelings towards you. If any, it will be temporary.
