Aaj kal bahut se logon ko iski aadat ho gayi hai ke raat ko der se sote hain
aur subh bahut der se uthte hain. is ke kya kya nuqsaanat hain ?

Raat ko waqt par sona aur subah sooraj nikalne se pehle jaagna achchhee sehat
ke liye zarooree hai.
Allah Taala (qudrat) ne raat sone ke lie aur din kaam ke lie banaaya hai,
(mafhoome surah e naba aayat 18) lekin kuchh log der raat yaani subah hone tak
jaagte hain aur aadhe din tak sote hain. agar ham qudrat ko darakinaar karke
apna raasta alag banayenge to uska anjaam hamen bhugatana hee hoga. achchhi
sehat ke liye raat ki neend behad zarooree hai.
Raat ko das (10) baje tak sona, aur subah 4 ya 6 baje tak jaag jaana achchhee
sehat ke liye zarooree hai.
Achchhee sehat ke liye baalig shakhs ko 7 se 8 ghante ki neend zarooree hai. 6
ghante se kam na soye.
Din bhar mein kaam ka tareeka, jism kee body, mosam, umr ke aiteebaar se subah
uthne ke baad sustee aur chustee ke hisaab se ham tay kar sakte hai.
Der raat tak jaagne se subah ham der tak sote rehte hain, jis ke beshumaar
nukasaanat hain. jis mein se chand pesh kiye jaate hain.
1. Germany ki ek tahqeeq ke mutaabiq jo lag jaldee sokar jaldee uthte hain
un ke muqaabale mein der se sokar der se uthne vaalon mein maut ke khatre ka
percentage das (10) feesad zyada hai.

6. Der raat tak jaagne se aap dimagi mareez ban sakte hain.
7. Subah der se jaagne se dimaag par bura asar padta hai.
8. Jisse aage chalkar dipression hota hai.
9. Sanak jaisee zahni beemaariyaan ho saktee hain.
10. Neend pooree nahin hone ki vajah se aapko din mein gaadi chalaate samay
neend kee jhapkee aa sakti hai jisse accident hone ka khatra badh jaata
hai.
11. Subh der se uthne se body me sustee rahtee hai jisse kaam karne mein
man nahin lagta.
12. Din tak sone se sir bhaari rahta hai.
13. Aankhon mein dard aur aankhon ke ird gird kaale daayre aur kayi
takleefen lagaataar banee rahtee hain.
14. Neend pooree na lene se insulin (hormone produced) banane kee prakriya
bhee sust ho jaati hai diabetes kee bimaari ho jaati hai.
15. Der raat tak jaagne se vasvase kee bimaari paida ho jaati hai.
16. Neend pooree nahin hone ki wajah se aisee cheezen dikhtee hain jinka
asal mein koee wajood hee nahin hota.
17. Yaad daasht neend mein dimaag cheezon ko yaad rakhne ka kaam karta hai,
agar neend kee kamee se ye functions theek se nahin ho paate hain to
yaaddaasht par asar pad sakta hai.
18. Dimaag ko poora aaraam nahee milta to chakkar aate hain.
19. Jism ko waqt par aaraam nahee milta isliye body pain (badan mein dard)
rahta hai.
20. Akdan badan sakht ho jaata hai.
21. Chid chida pan jaisee problem hone lagatee hai.
22. Neend pooree na hone se body thaka hua mahsoos kartee hai. isse mood
bhee kharaab hota hai. mood mein achaanak se kayi badlaav hone lagte
hain.
23. Wazan badh jata hai.
24. Immunity system ka strong rahna bhee behad zarooree hai. iske liye agar
pooree neend na lee jaye to immunity system weak hone lagta hai. jisse aap
bahut jaldee beemaariyon kee chapet mein aa sakte hai. pooree neend na lene
se sardee, khaansee, bukhaar jaisee beemaariyaan zyaada hotee hain. jiski
vajah se body ka immunity system unse lad nahin paata hai.
25. Kam neend lene se digestion system par bhi behad asar padta hai. isse
hazme ki quewat kamzor hone lagtee hai. jiski vajah se pet saaf na hone aur
constipation (qabz) jaisee problem hone lagtee hai.
26. Raat mein achchhee neend nahin aane se subah shareer chust-durust bhee
nahin rahta balke sustee aati rahti hai.
27. Kam neend lene se cortisol Hormone shareer mein bahne lagta hai jisse
dipression hota hai.
28. Kam sone ki vajah se Brest cancer aur alag tarah ke cancer bhee ho
sakte hain. iski wajah yah hai ki kam sone se cancer paida karne vaale Free
radicals shareer se baahar nikal paate.
aur hamen kayi tarah ki pareshaaniyon ka saamna karna padta hai.
Ek talent student, kaamayaab kaarobaaree, achchhe mulaazim, maahir teacher
vohee bante hain jo subah jald uthte hai.
Duniya ke 99% kaamayaab aadmee subah jaldee uthte hain.
Agar aapko aksar der raat tak kaam karne ya jaagne ki aadat hai to is aadat ko
jald se jald badal dijiye.
Ye aadat aapko aur bhi kayi tarah ki pareshaaniyaan de saktee hain !
