🍁 Rasool ﷺ ne farmaaya: Jab tum kisi mareez ke paas (us ka haal poochne ke liye) jaao to us ki zindagi ke baare me tasalli ki baat kaho, kyun ke tumhaari yeh baatein agarche Allah ke faisle ko to nahin badal sakti hai magar is se mareez ka dil khush hoga. (Tirmizi: 2087)

🍁 Miqdam Abu Karimah Radiyallahu 'anhu narrates that Rasullullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: If the guest of people remains without hospitality till the morning, then it is the duty of every Muslim to help him, in taking from the crops and property of the host to the extent of the entertainment of one night. (Abu Dawud: 3751)

✺ Note: This is a situation where there is no provision with the guest and he is thus constrained. Otherwise out of kindness and courtesy fulfilling a guest's needs is his right. (Mazahir Haque)
