📝Islaam ne halaal rizq haasil karne par bohot zor diya hai aur haraam kamaayi haasil karne par rok laga di hai. Haraam kamaayi mein wo sab shaklein daakhil hen jismen shara'ee tareeqe ke khilaaf kamaaya jaaye. Haraam kamaayi men nihaayat hi badtareen tareeqa juwa aur lottery ka hai. Qura'an-e-Kareem aur Ahaadees mein juwa aur lottery ki aesi halaakatein aur buraaiyaan bayaan ki gayi hen ke achcha dil aur achchi soch-o-fikr rakhne waala insaan uski taraf qadam bhi nahi badha sakta. Har aesa mu'aamla jismen insaan ko nafaa' pohonchne ki bhi umeed ho aur nuqsaan pohonchne ka bhi khatra ho, usey "Juwa" kehte hai. Juwa aur lottery ka is zamaane mein riwaaj bohot hogaya hai. Aaj poori duniya mein uski mukhtalif shaklen raaij hain. Pehle zamaane men bhi uska riwaaj tha, Islam ne iss tareeqe ko khatm kiya hai. Islaam ka asal mizaaj ye hai ki aadmi apni mehnat se kamaaye aur rozi ka aehtemaam kare. Wo har aese mu'aamle ko napasandeedgi ki nazar se dekhta hai, jis men mehnat ke bager daulat ikhatta karne aur dusron ke maal par bila wajah qabza karne ki koshish ki gayi ho. Juwe aur lottery men bhi aesa hi hota hai, isi liye Islam ne usey roka hai. Ab yahaan juwe se mutaalliq kuch baaten bayaan ki jaa rahi hen.
*♦Number 1 : Juwa Aur Lottery Haraam Aur Gunaah-e-Kabeera Hai Aur Aese Maal Ka Sadqa Karna Zaruri Hai :* Juwa khelna Islam ki nazar mein sakht tareen gunaah hai. Qura'an-o-hadees men isko haraam qaraar diya gaya hai. Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya : Beshak Allah Ta'ala ne tum par sharaab aur juwe ko haraam qaraar diya hai. [Musnad-e-Ahmad : 2625]
Juwa khelne waale ya lottery ka ticket khareedne waale ko zyaada raqam haasil bhi ho jaaye, phir bhi uska istemaal jaaiz nahi hai, balke bager sawaab ki niyat ke uska sadqa karna zaruri hai, kyunke ye haraam aur baatil tareeqe se kamaaya hua maal hai, aur jo maal haraam-o-baatil tareeqe se haasil kiya gaya ho, Allah Ta'ala ne Qura'an-e-Kareem mein usko istemal karne se mana farmaaya hai. Allah Ta'ala farmaate hain : Aye Imaan Waalo! Aapas mein ek dusre ka maal naa haq tareeqe se mat khaao, magar ye ke koi tijaarat aapasi razamandi se wujood men aayi ho, (to wo jaiz hai.) [Sura-e-Nisaa : 29]
*♦Number 2 : Nardsheer (Backgammon) Khelne Waala Apna Haath Khinzeer Ke Gosht Aur Khoon Men Rangne Waala He :* Zamaana-e-jaahiliyat men ek khel khela jaata tha, jisko nardsheer kaha jaata tha. Usmen bhi haar jeet hoti thi aur juwe ki shakal paayi jaati thi. Aaj bhi ye khel khela jaata hai, usey backgammon kaha jaata hai. Iss khel ke baare mein Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya : Jis shakhs ne nardsheer khela to goya usne apne haath ko khinzir ke gosht aur uske khoon mein rang liya. [Muslim: 6033, Buraida Razi Allahu Anhu]
Ek dusri hadees mein Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya : Jis ne nardsheer khela, usne Allah aur uske Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki nafarmaani ki. [Abu Dawood : 4938, Abu Moosa Razi Allahu Anhu]

📝Islam has emphasised a lot on obtaining lawful provision and has prohibited from haraam earnings, all the forms are included in haraam earnings which are against the law of shariah, Gambling and Lottery are the worst forms of forbidden earnings. In the Qura'an and Ahadeeth, such warnings and evils have been mentioned regarding gambling and lottery that a person with a good heart and a good thinking person wont take even a step towards it. In every case, a human being has an expectation of benefit and a risk of loss too, it is known as "Gambling". In this era, Gambling and Lottery have become very popular. Today, in this world, there are different forms of it, it was also customized in the earlier era, Islam has eliminated this way. The real nature of Islaam is that a man earns his income through hard work and take care of ones sustenance. He sees every such case, with an unlike view, in which it has been tried to collect wealth without hard work and capture the wealth of others. The similar thing happens in gambling and lottery, that's why Islam has stopped us from it, and now, here some things related to gambling are described here.
*♦Number 1 : Gambling And Lottery Is Forbidden And To Offer Charity Of Such Income Is Essential :* In the view of Islam, the worst sin is gambling, it is prohibited in Qura'an and Ahadeeth. The Messenger Of Allah ﷺ said : Verily Allah Ta'ala has prohibited alcohol and gambling upon you. [Musnad-e-Ahmad : 2624, Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu]
A gambler or a Lottery Ticket buyer may get more money, but then too the money is not lawful, but it is necessary to give charity with no intention of reward ; because it is forbidden and void, and that income which is earned through unlawful means, Allah Ta'ala has forbidden it to use it in the Qura'an. Allah says in the Qura'an : "O believers! Do not eat each other's property illegally, but that a trade has come into existence from you - (it is permissible). [Sura-tun-Nisaa : 29]
*♦Number 2 : The One Who Plays Backgammon Has Put His Hand In The Meat And Blood Of Pig :* In the early era, a game was played during that time, which was known as nardsheer, it also had the winning and loosing thing like gambling. Today also, this game is being played, and it is known as backgammon. Regarding this game, Prophet ﷺ said : The one who plays backgammon is like he has put his hand in the meat and blood of pig. [Muslim : 6033, Buraidah Razi Allahu Anhu]
In another hadith, Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever played backgammon, he disobeyed Allah and His Messenger." [Abu Dawood 4938, Abu Musa Razi Allahu Anhu]
